A unified community management platform that simplifies visitor approvals, tracks maintenance schedules, coordinates patrol operations, and enables rapid emergency response—keeping CL Villas connected and secure.
Residents pre-register visitors by filling the visitor form. Guards see pending requests and can approve or reject them at the gate. Use a time slot to schedule when the visitor is expected. Once a visitor is checked in, an overstay badge appears if they remain inside longer than the category threshold; service visits use the expected minutes entered on the form.
Guards can raise a Kid Exit request when a child from a villa wants to go outside (for example, nearby corner shopping). The request is sent to the villa residents for approval. Exit is allowed only after a parent/resident approves in the Approvals tab. After approval, guard sees Allow Exit and completes the exit action.
The phone field accepts 10 digits only. A ✓ appears when valid; a ✗ appears when incomplete. Submission is blocked until the number is valid.
Use the Resources tile for two flows: (1) Clubhouse online booking (Floor 1 / Floor 2 only) for scheduled events, and (2) Returnable item request for chairs, tables, ladder, and music system. Returnable requests auto-use resident name and villa from your account and support optional remarks (for example quantity needed). Mini expo stalls (resident or third-party) are supported under resident/external expo scope, not community scope. Clubhouse booking blocks overlapping slots for the same floor and allows cancellation by owner/admin.
Admins can configure global visitor rules under Account → Admin: App Settings. All time values are in minutes.
90 = 90 minutes). Used as the overstay threshold for service visitors when no expected duration is specified on the form.guest, delivery, cab, service, daily_help, walk_in, maid, other.Example defaults: guest = 180 min, delivery/cab = 45 min, service = 90 min, daily_help/maid = 600 min (10 hrs), walk_in = 120 min, other = 180 min.
Once a visitor is checked in and exceeds their category threshold, the system automatically sends a push notification. Residents whose villa the visitor is at receive alerts only if they have "Check-in / Check-out Notifications" enabled in Account settings. Guards always receive overstay alerts regardless of their notification preferences. Each visitor triggers at most one overstay alert (no repeat pings). A red overstay badge also appears in the Visitors list for both residents and guards.
